Alone with the Man Cub.

Its been a long weekend with Rob out of town. But overall I enjoy having to entertain Larz more than usual. we went to the park down the street today and just hung out together. He cracks me up. He is just the sweetest little boy. He is growing up so fast and I hate it. ):

Just Terrible.

I can't seem to get over the Neilson family story. Its just heartbreaking. I was looking through her blog today and she is just the coolest girl and most beautiful wife and mother. Her fashion sense is amazing and her personality seems so fun. I don't know her personally but I wish I did. I hope and pray that she and her husband recover as much as they possibly can. Sister time

2 out of 3 of my sisters and I (we missed you Tif) decided we needed some quality time together. So what did we do? We went to dinner and then to Golf Land. I hadn't been there in who knows how long. We had so much fun together! Theres no one like your sister(s).

I have been wanting to post something but I just don't have anything to say right now really. I guess I can say a little.. . I rode my bike around town with Amy last night and then my tire went flat. Luckily I was near my girlfriends house so I just traded bikes with her. . . hm. I found my wedding ring under the fridge while scorpion hunting. . . and then found another scorpion in my bed....i wrote a new poem and its really freakin good. . . i miss the monsoons. . I really cannot wait to go to seattle to hug a big tree (and my sis of coarse). . . i'm craving fall and my furry hats, coats and boots. . . i made a new book for my photography and its big and thick and beautiful. . . hm. I'm getting pretty busy with shoots but want to sell more prints. . . and my hair is finally growing out like I've wanted it to. I should have never cut off those 10 inches in the first place. Anyways. I'll have something more interesting soon. I'm just in a funk I guess. PEACE.

Weekend shoot

I love it when a family shows up with awesome colors on. This family is one of those and it didn't hurt that they were also a beautiful family as well. Their daughter Ella was seriously so adorable. Overall I'm proud of the outcome.

GOING TO SEATTLE!!!

I'm going to Seattle in 3 weeks to play with my sister Tifani. I have never been there and I know I'm just going to fall in love with it. She found this place and we are going to take a road trip to stay there for a night. Just the two of us! I have never been anywhere like this and I think I might have to wear a diaper due to the over excitement. I cannot wait to go on an adventure with my sister. Look at this place!!! Are you freakin kidding me? A rain forest....for me??? I've never seen one of those. Man I can't wait. Heaven here I come!

Favorite time of the year.

My website is DONE!! I am so excited. I finally have a for sale page with all of my favorite pictures I have taken. This time of the year is crazy for me. If anyone needs to book christmas pictures, or a wedding, or just plain buy a picture from me, you know where to go. The sooner you book, the better. :) Peace and Love.

A Night of Fun

My friend Jen and I went up to her land to get some fresh air. It was more than beautiful up there. Everything was green and the flowers were all over the place. We went to the store and a lady was checking out and she bought 2 12 packs of cola. The clerk said "its buy two get one free so you can go get another pack" then she said "no, thats ok." My friend and I were just staring at her and then my friend said "well, since its free, can I have it?" and she said "no.". ha ha. It was funny. We sat on the porch while the wind chimes sang for us and read funny poems to each other. Then we drove to the aspens down the street and played some music. That night we made a big fire and played some more music. We were making up songs from the funny poetry book and I haven't laughed that hard in who knows how long. The stars were so incredible. It was only for 24 hours but man it was exactly what I needed.

Larz oh Larz

He is growing up. His mouth is almost full of teeth and trust me, he uses them on anything, including my body parts. He us saying words and making animal sounds. His obsession with balloons is far too extreme for his own good. Like every toddler, he has a comfort item. He has "the pillows". We bought them from costco and ever since Rob brought them home he hasn't slept without them or watching cartoons in the morning without them near his side. When he eats something small with his hands like a granola bar, he must have two of everything. I swear he is going to be obsessive compulsive. And then after he is done he face plants into his pillow and rubs whatever he ate all over it. I can't wash those pillows without Larz standing in the laundry room crying because he knows they are in the washer. He is brushing his own teeth now with his spider-man toothbrush. He loves to read and put blocks together. He is so smart. When Rob gets home from work he will yell "daddy!" and run over and hug him. Its awesome. One of my favorite things is when he will give me his pillow and then climb up onto my lap and just chill with me. One thing I will mention is that he is into everything. I found him yesterday eating baby lotion straight from the dispenser. He loves to get into the garbage can. If he doesn't get his way he will throw whatever is closest to him. Its funny. There is not one day that my house is clean with him in it. When I tell him I love him he giggles. He waves at strangers and is such a socail butterfly. I wonder where he gets that from. After Rob taught him how to wrestle he does it all the time. We went to a birthday party and he tried to body slam a 7 month old baby girl. It was quite the scene. Over all, he is just what I need and we just love him too much.

Eating my words.

A few posts ago I was complaining about my giant ring and the fact that it is a lethal weapon. As beautiful, and HUGE as it is, it almost killed Larz. :) Well, I usually take it off to sleep so I don't wake up without an eye or a scar like the joker. I woke up this morning and Larz was already out of bed hanging out with Rob. He came into my room and started messing with my nightstand while I'm was in the bathroom not even thinking about anything. A while later, I remembered where my wedding ring was and went to go put it on. It was gone. After looking everywhere I came to the conclusion that this is what I get for my comments. The things that Larz is responsible for losing, never see the light of day again. I swear he has a secret chamber with a combination that only his little fingers know. Sigh.

This is Robs best friend and his wife. They are expecting their first child in October. I will be his nanny starting in January! Larz is going to love him!
